2Member Eligibility

Hijau88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts unable to verify their age eligibility will be suspended until satisfactory verification is provided. Any winnings obtained during the suspension period may be voided.

3Account Registration

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank account details. hijau88 reserves the right to request document verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time to confirm your identity.

The KYC process may include a request for the following documents:

4Deposit & Withdrawal

General Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction
• All deposits must be made from an account registered in the member's own name
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned
• Hijau88 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider

General Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the member's own name
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 business hours
• Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal can be approved
• Hijau88 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for the purpose of anti-fraud investigation

5Bonus & Promotions

Hijau88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each promotion, and those terms form part of this Agreement.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, per household, per device, or per IP address, unless otherwise stated
• Hijau88 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud
• Rollover requirements must be met within the specified time frame; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or directly converted to cash
• Use of bots, automation, or any unauthorised method to fulfil rollover requirements is strictly prohibited

Hijau88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any decision regarding bonus eligibility made by hijau88 is final.

6Game Rules

All games available on the hijau88 platform — including slot games, Live Casino, sports betting, and other games — are subject to their respective game rules, which can be found within each game's interface.

The following applies to all games on the platform:

• All game outcomes are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been tested and certified by an independent auditing body
• In the event of a technical failure during a game, all affected bets will be voided and the funds returned to the member's account balance
• Hijau88 is not responsible for any losses suffered as a result of internet disruptions on the member's end
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities for financial gain is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure
• Bets confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled or modified

For sports betting, all odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. hijau88 reserves the right to void a bet if there is a material error in the odds setting.

7Member Conduct

Members are required to interact with the hijau88 platform and staff in a respectful and courteous manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of abusive language, threats, or harassment toward support staff or other members
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Use of third-party software, bots, or automation to gain an unfair advantage in games
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure
• Sharing or selling account access to any third party
• Making false claims or defaming the platform to third parties

Hijau88 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without notice, should any of the above prohibitions be breached. Any balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Hijau88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe
• Holding multiple accounts
• Requests from legal authorities

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our customer support team via live chat. Any valid cash balance will be returned to your registered bank account once all security checks are completed.

9Liability Limit

The hijau88 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, hijau88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Hijau88 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from use of the platform, including wagering losses
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own negligence
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform

Under no circumstances shall hijau88's maximum liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Terms Amendment

Hijau88 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Notice of amendments will be communicated via your registered email and/or a notice on the platform's website.
